What's includedWhat Is Included in an Apartment Cleanout
Every cleanout covers labor, loading, trucking and standard disposal. We tell you up front what is part of the flat price and what gets quoted separately, so there is no surprise on the invoice when the truck pulls away.
01✓
All Labor and Loading
Our crew carries everything out, including heavy furniture and appliances, using hand trucks, furniture dollies and lifting straps. You do not lift a finger, and you do not need to be on site if the property manager can let us in.
02✓
Furniture and Appliances
Sofas, beds, dressers, tables, refrigerators, stoves, washers and dryers are all part of the standard cleanout. We disassemble what will not fit through the door and strap appliances to an appliance hand truck for safe removal.
03✓
Mattress and E-Waste Disposal
Mattresses are bagged and routed to a licensed disposal stream, and electronics go through R2 e-waste recycling certification channels. Both are included in the flat quote, unlike many competitors who add them as extras.
04✓
Bagged Trash and Household Junk
Loose trash, bagged garbage, clothing, kitchenware, books and small household junk all leave on the same load. We bring contractor bags for anything loose so the hallway stays clean during the haul.
05✓
Donation Drop-Off
Usable furniture, clothing and housewares are delivered to Goodwill or Habitat for Humanity ReStore. You get a donation receipt on request, which some landlords and estate executors need for their records.
06✓
Final Sweep and Walkthrough
We broom-sweep the unit, check closets, balconies and storage cages, then walk the space with you or the property manager. A signed disposal receipt is available the same day for landlord or estate files.
